Requirements :
• Male or female with max. 35 years old
• Hold min. S1 degree majoring in International Business, Transportation Management or other related disciplines from reputable university with min. GPA 3,00.
• Possess min. 3 years experiences in similar position at international trading or freight forwarding company.
• Excellent skill & knowledge to handle export-import process and activities, including documentation (B/L documentation process), clearance process, letter of credit (L/C), negotiate documents to the bank, administration for inland transportation (trucking delivery), etc.
• Fluent in English both oral and written is MUST, also Mandarin / Hokkian dialect is an advantage.
• Familiar with computer literate (Ms. Office) and other proficient related software.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision.
• Able to function effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated and well-organized person.
• Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and attention to detail person.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization.
• Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia and overseas.
• Possess strong leadership, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply for staff level position.
